Shipping & Delivery
- Wholesale orders may take up to 5 business days to be dispatched after an order is placed.
- Shipping is calculated after an order is placed.
- Shipping cost is calculated by the total weight of the shipment, measurments of the shipping box, and shipping destination.
- We work with DHL Express -- after an order is placed we will communciate the exact cost of shipping via e-mail / WhatsApp, along with a printscreen of proof.

Payment of the shipping cost can be made by Payment Link (debit/credit card), Bank Transfer, PayPal, TransferWise, or any other method suggested by the retailer.
- Retailers can decide to take care of the shipment with their own shipping carrier, in this case packages must be collected at our São Bento store:
