If the exchanges & returns platform is not showing the desired exchange product you can e-mail us at exchanges@mustiqueworld.com.

Once we have received your original order back at our HQ, we will process your exchange within 3 working days. 

In case the exchange product is not available, a gift card of the same value will be issued.
